Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

Menu boards built for a town that runs on season.

Summer menus, winter hours, a sold-out special at 7pm on a Saturday — your boards keep up because someone local is on the other end of them.

Rehoboth isn't a normal market, and the boards know it.

A Rehoboth menu changes more in June than most restaurants change all year — seasonal items on, off-season items gone, boardwalk crowds that triple what February looks like. A printed menu board can't keep pace with that, and a do-it-yourself screen subscription means you're the one troubleshooting it during the rush.

I work in this town. When a board goes dark before a holiday weekend, that's a drive down Route 1 — not a support ticket in a queue three states away. Install windows respect your season: work happens in the off-hours and the off-months, not during the weeks that pay for the year.

The offer

What Rehoboth businesses get.

The full managed service, tuned for a seasonal town.

Menus designed for your room

Counter-service boards, sit-down dining room displays, window menus facing the sidewalk — sized and laid out for how far your customers actually stand from them.

86'd items off in seconds

Text me or tap it yourself — either way the sold-out special disappears from every board before the next customer orders it.

Seasonal changeovers handled

Summer menu up in May, off-season hours in January. Scheduled in advance so the switch happens without you thinking about it.

Daypart scheduling

Breakfast boards flip to lunch on their own. Happy hour pricing appears at 4 and leaves at 6 — no one touches a remote.

Local install & support

Installed by the same person you call. Off-season is for upgrades and maintenance; in-season is for keeping everything invisible.

Hardware you own

Commercial screens and players spec'd for grease, humidity, and sixteen-hour days. Yours outright, never leased.

The process

How it works on your timeline.

  1. Walkthrough

I come see the space — counter height, window glare, where the line forms. The quote reflects your actual room, not a package.

  2. Design & approval

Your real menu, laid out for your boards, approved by you before a single bracket is ordered.

  3. Install

Scheduled around your service — early mornings or closed days. Most Rehoboth installs are a single visit.

  4. Season-proofing

Before the season turns, we review what's on the boards and pre-load the changeover. You open in May already current.

Quoted after the walkthrough.

Hardware and install once, then a flat monthly per screen that covers software, monitoring, and your content changes — including the seasonal flips. No tiers to decode and no contract that outlasts your lease.

Questions

Questions Rehoboth owners ask.

Can boards handle the summer menu and the winter menu?

Both menus are designed up front and scheduled — the switch happens on a date we pick together, or with one tap. Off-season hour changes ride along automatically.

What if a board dies during a holiday weekend?

I'm local — that's the entire point. You call a person who can actually drive over, not a remote queue. Boards also report in continuously, so failures usually surface before your first seating.

I already have TVs on the wall. Can you use those?

Usually, yes. If the panel is commercial-grade or a recent consumer model in decent shape, we add a player and you're most of the way there — the quote reflects that.

Can I change a price myself mid-service?

Yes — from your phone, in under a minute, and it hits every board at once. Or text it to me and it's done. Both are included either way.
