Managed digital signage

Screens on your wall, handled end to end.

I design the layout, source the hardware, hang it, wire it, and keep it running — so the screen in your window is my problem, not yours.

Full-service means exactly that.

Most signage companies sell you a screen and a login. What happens next — the design nobody has time for, the player that stops checking in, the menu that still says Tuesday on a Friday — becomes your job. This offer exists to take that whole job back.

Everything below is done by the same person who quotes it: the site visit, the design, the install, and the support call afterward. No handoffs, no ticket queue, no vendor ping-pong when something goes dark.

The offer

What a managed screen actually includes.

One quote covers the whole thing. No line item surprises after the walkthrough.

Layout & content design

Your menu, board, or display designed to be read from across the room — not a template with your logo dropped in.

Hardware, spec'd & sourced

Commercial-grade screens and players chosen for your space and lighting. You own the gear outright — it's never leased back to you.

Installation & wiring

Mounted, cabled, and tested in person. Power, mounting, and cable management are part of the job, not an add-on.

Content updates

Price changes, seasonal swaps, and new items handled for you — or handed to your team with a tool simple enough to use mid-shift.

Monitoring & support

Screens check in continuously. When one stops, I usually know before you do — and you reach the person who installed it, not a call center.

A clean exit, always

Your content, your hardware, your accounts. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working without me.

The process

From walkthrough to wall in four steps.

  1. Walkthrough & quote

I visit the space, look at sightlines and lighting, and ask what the screen needs to earn. You get one written quote — hardware and install once, then a flat monthly.

  2. Design

Layouts designed against your real content and viewed from real distances. You approve the exact thing that goes on the wall before anything is ordered.

  3. Install

Screens mounted, players configured, everything tested on your network. Most single-screen installs finish in a day.

  4. Run

Monitoring switches on, content updates flow, and you get one number to call. Quarterly check-ins keep the content from going stale.

Quoted per project — never a rate card.

Every space is different, so every quote is written after the walkthrough: hardware and installation as a one-time cost, then a flat monthly per screen covering software, monitoring, and content help. No per-feature tiers, no long contracts, no charge to leave.

Questions

The questions people ask before they sign.

Do I buy the screens through you?

I spec and source them as part of the quote, but the hardware is yours — receipts, warranties, and all. If you already own a compatible TV, we use it and the quote drops accordingly.

What happens when a screen stops working?

The screens report in continuously, so most failures get noticed before your opening shift does. You call or text one number and reach the person who installed it — no ticket system, no waiting on a manufacturer's support line.

Can my staff update the content themselves?

Yes — every install includes a tool your team can use from a phone, and a walkthrough until they're comfortable. Many clients never touch it and just text me changes; both are covered the same way.

Is there a contract?

The monthly is month-to-month. The hardware is yours outright from day one, so leaving never means starting over.
